Your Role
As an Implementation Project Manager in HRSD (ex- PeopleDoc) and within our French Operations Team. You will be in charge of the implementation of our solutions, driving Customers.
Externally
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full project life-cycle implementation of the solution
- Lead workshops to collect client specifications and to provide industry standards
- Configure the application based off of client specifications
- Coordinate implementation solutions teams (configuration, IT, product …)
- Lead steering committees and follow-up meetings
- Identify and analyze project risks & dependencies
- Control customer delivery and validate customer go-live
- Measure project success and identify improvements needed
Internally
- Stay abreast of new features and products released
- Act as a subject Matter Expert on identified topics/products
- Contribute to maintain and grow our internal team knowledge
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years experience implementing SaaS solutions or for a SaaS HR provider or HR service provider, ideally 4-6 years experience in managing medium to large scale projects
- Good technical skills to carry out projects with a pace of quick implementation (2-6 months on average).
- Strong oral and written communications
- Excellent client presentation skills: act as a consultant. Define the requirement, planning, project governance, design, configuration.
- Technical basis for understanding SaaS environment (solution architecture, database and security) and sFTP/SSO setup
- Flexibility, versatility and responsiveness
- Real team player with a high sense of customer satisfaction
- Sense of organization, discipline
- Fluent in both written / oral French and English

En Externe
Responsabilités:
- Gérer le cycle de vie complet du projet.
- Diriger des ateliers pour recueillir les spécifications du client et fournir des normes industrielles.
- Configurer l’application en fonction des spécifications du client.
- Coordonner les équipes de mise en œuvre des solutions (configuration, IT, produit, etc.).
- Mener des réunions de suivi avec les clients.
- Identifier et analyser les risques et les dépendances du projet.
- Contrôler la livraison, en plus de valider la mise en service chez le client.
- Mesurer le succès du projet et identifier les améliorations nécessaires.
En Interne
- Rester à l’affût des nouvelles fonctionnalités et des sorties de produits.
- Agir en tant qu’expert(e) en la matière sur les sujets/produits identifiés.
- Contribuer au maintien et au développement des connaissances de notre équipe interne.
