Job Purpose and Impact
The Infrastructure Services Support Agent III will use proficient skill and general information technology knowledge to conduct moderately complex first-level support tasks with complex procedures for information technology infrastructure support and operations.
Key Accountabilities
- Participates in partnering and collaboration within team to execute tasks and meet customer needs.
- Perform moderately complex, first level technology support tasks to purchase, install, configure and maintain operating system equipment and software.
- Follow and execute on existing infrastructure strategies, process and systems.
- Handle complex clerical, administrative, technical or customer support issues under minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma, secondary education level or equivalent
- Minimum of four years of related work experience
