The Engineering Manager will report to the Product Company General Manager and will receive functional guidance from the Technology Group and will also interface directly with Divisions and PC teams.
- Ensure sustainable profitable growth targets for Semiconductor division through management of Product Company engineering teams for developing and introducing New Products
- Provide functional management to engineering teams to ensure the highest standards in technical quality, functionality and cost delivered in a timely manner.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive plans to ensure product roadmaps, project schedules and support activities are aligned to Business unit requirements.
- Drive effective cross functional relationships to deliver highly competitive and reliable products to agreed time, quality and cost targets
- Build a strong, competent, effective and motivated team scaled to the agreed project deliverables
- Champion engineering integration and collaboration activities across vacuum and abatement solutions as appropriate.
- People development and retention of people by work place of choice.
