Main Responsibilities
Provides an above-average customer experience when troubleshooting software issues
Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude with customers at all times
Ensure accurate entry of information into the ticketing system
Collaborate with team to ensure department metrics are achieved
Address customer issues without delay and never leave things unresolved
Use creative problem solving to suggest unique solutions
Continually increase knowledge about products and services to grow within your role
