We’re looking for ongoing Waiting Staff to join our clients holiday park in Dymchurch!
This is an excellent opportunity to take on a customer-focused role. You’ll learn a variety of new skills, with full training provided.
Your Main Responsibilities
You’re the face of the business! You’ll be greeting customers as they arrive to the bars/restaurants and taking them to their tables.
Giving menus and taking orders.
Serving food & drinks.
Providing customers with their bill & taking payments.
Ensuring tables are cleaned before guest arrival & after they’ve left, ready for the next guest to arrive.
Making sure all guests feel welcome throughout their time in the establishment.
Give out any recommendations when asked.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to work in a team
Able to memorise orders when needed
Numeracy skills
Remaining calm under pressure
Great communication skills
You will learn lots of new skills on the job, with no two days being the same! This role is perfect if you’re looking to supercharge your CV, earn extra cash around studies or around any other working commitments.
