You are responsible for driving the marketing activities within the company with a key focus on the development and implementation of a global marketing strategy. This includes

the execution of state-of-the-art marketing techniques by targeting primarily OEM

integration and MedTech / Whitelabel customers. The position requires running and

implementing projects and designing campaigns jointly with the Sales

and Business Development team.

greenTEG offers high-tech thermal sensing solutions for an international customer base. Our unique core body temperature measurement solution (CALREA®) for wearables enables customers a wide range of new applications such as continued patient monitoring, improving sports performance, improved sleep analysis or early detection of diseases. greenTEG is integrating CALERA® in own-and third-party wearables like wrist watches, medical chest patches or upper arm devices.

Tasks
Development and implementation of a global marketing strategy with a strong focus on digital marketing to further strengthen the company’s market presence and position
Drive and manage campaigns and relationship marketing activities with other functions of the company, including sales and R&D
Act as a sparring partner to the business segment leaders; translate business needs into marketing initiatives
Develop content for marketing activities ranging from editorials, press releases, website, online advertising, social media, brochures, and other marketing collateral; assist with the review and editing of marketing materials as needed
Manage a network of external marketing support agencies
Regularly align, adjust, and revise the marketing calendar with the Sales/Business Development team and Marketing intern to ensure timely and flexible execution of tasks
Assign budgets to projects; monitor progress through KPI tracking and report back via quarterly performance reports
Actively promote and present greenTEG to customers and external parties, such as media stakeholders and potential clients; help represent greenTEG at fairs and conferences as needed

Requirements
Degree in (Digital) Marketing is required
At least 5+ years of marketing experience in B2B / MedTech-Industry sector (or similar) with marketing campaign management experience
Good understanding of current online marketing techniques and best practices
Experienced in social media management (focus on LinkedIn)
Experience in campaign planning and execution
Proven story telling / writing skills and the ability to quickly capture new information and condense to a few important points
Strong communication and presentation skills
Creative and innovative team player with hands-on mentality
Strategic thinker and planner who takes decisions and is strong in execution
English native speaker preferred or proficiency in English is a must for a German native speaker
