What You Will Be Doing
Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way
Analyze and report product malfunctions and update the internal database with information about technical issues
Monitor customer complaints on social media and in the community and reach out to provide assistance
Partner with internal specialists and departments to ensure incoming support tickets are analyzed and solved in quick turnaround time and in the most positive way possible
Inform customers about new features and functionalities
Gather customer feedback and share with the Product and Marketing teams
Support the team to drive automation wherever possible and streamline processes to be more efficient
What You Bring To The Job
Several years of experience as a Customer Service Specialist within the banking or financial industry
Excellent communication skills with empathy for customers
Ability to multitask and quickly solve problems
Patient when handling tough cases
Resilient, analytical, flexible, reliable
