What are we looking for?

We are looking for a highly motivated self-starter, capable of using their initiative and creativity to deliver high-quality results both internally and to our clients. We are looking for an energetic and coachable individual who is a quick learner and embodies our values and feels connected to bob vision.
What will you do?
- Responsible for client data migration – ensure data quality, integrity, and security in client people database
- Owning parts of bob system configuration during new client implementation
- Delivering timely and accurate service to bob Implementation Managers
- Logging feature requests, building out richer use-cases for R&D
- Identify and analyze project risks & dependencies on an ongoing basis
- Gathering system requirements from customers pre-sale and assessing how best to configure the platform and provide guidance on best practices
Requirements
This position would be perfect for someone who has recently completed a Maths or technical qualification and is comfortable working with large volumes of data. Previous experience is not the most important part of this role. For us, we’re looking for people who can demonstrate the following:
