As the Information Support Officer you will provide support to the Senior Information Officer (SIO) and Information Manager (IMgr) to ensure that all information management (IM) activities fully support objectives and follows Defence and RAF policies. You will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of information administration and Records Management whilst also assisting with other information support services within the department.
As a customer facing role the successful candidate will need outstanding inter-personal skills with the ability to meet the demands of our users when things go wrong. Having the ability to handle and prioritise own workload is key as well as being adaptable to suit the diverse needs of our users.
