Manager International Organisations

Our International Organisations team is looking for a Manager to work for a United Nations account in Geneva.

In this role, you will be working close to the client, coordinating ongoing and new mostly IT projects, managing a consolidated team and making it grow. Among the responsibilities will be identifying opportunities to develop business and service portfolio, presales (preparing offers, demos,…) reporting, managing budget and operations, coordinating cross units,..

Internally, you will manage the budget and operations, being accountable for the profitability of the account and projects, and for the achievement of the strategical and tactical goals.

You will coordinate and orchestrate the cross units to ensure the delivery in quality and time and within budget, including the staffing and the recruiting needs. You may also interact with subcontractors and partners.

Your profile:

· Knowledge of United Nations environment

· Communication and negotiation skills in English

· Results oriented

· Flexible and resilient, someone able to adapt to changing a changing environment

Nice to have:

· Technical background

· Experience in multicultural environments and working in different time zones

· United Nations and/or Intellectual property background

· Based in Geneva or open to relocate
