The Wider Teams and Programmes of the Health Protection Team is pleased to be offering an exciting opportunity for an individual to join our team based at Capital Quarter 2, Cardiff for 6 months. A blended approach to working, from home and the office is still currently being offered. We are looking for a highly motivated and reliable Administration Officer. The role will have a focus on supporting work linked to our Programmes in Health Protection.
We are looking for an individual who has energy, enthusiasm and commitment, excellent interpersonal skills and the confidence to deal with a wide range of matters with sensitivity and diplomacy. If you are a person who prides yourself on your communication and organisation skills, your ability to prioritise workload and your ability to work cohesively as part of a wider team, then we’d love to hear from you.
The post holder is required to communicate across directorates providing comprehensive administrative and clerical support as part of the Public Health Wales Health Protection Service. This includes inbox management, supporting the coordination and dissemination of resources, as well as organising meetings and taking concise, clear minutes.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
Fixed Term for 6 months until 31/03/23 to meet the needs of the service.
