Customer Success Managers

Think you’re a fit for Evotix?
As a Customer Success Manager You Will
Build, nurture, and execute an upsell pipeline, broaden usage of Assure within the customer
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships via a “trusted advisor” approach to ensure renewals
Present Evotix Software’s solution to customers, both through approach and product
Collaborate with other client teams, including pre-sales, product, operations, and legal
Negotiate contracts to close orders and meet personal sales targets
Support new business development through customer references, case studies & testimonials and referrals
Work closely with new business teams to support acquisition of potential new customers and eventual transition to implementation and beyond
Continuously make an effort to learn more about the health and safety market
What You’ll Bring To The Table
5+ years’ experience with SaaS and/or E, H, and S sales
Proven track record of building and cultivating relationships with internal and external stakeholders driving decisions collaboratively, resolving conflicts, and ensuring follow-through
Demonstrated success identifying business opportunities for clients and increasing adoption and utilization of company products.
Passion for EHS, its impact on our customers, their customers, and the world – creative & willing to push the envelope.

Collaborative – maintains strong internal relationships and acts as a critical linkage between stakeholders and technical teams
Strong communicator and influencer – both written and verbal
