Job Summary

Directors will collaborate with executive-level management in the development of performance goals and long-term operational plans. Most importantly, this position nurtures culture and engagement while overseeing strategies focused on improving the overall experience of employees and patients. Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Aligns with the Vice President of Enterprise Services to ensure operational goals and objectives for outsourced operations are understood and met.
Directs and leads outsourced Partner operations management team and up to multiple outsourced Vendors/Partners, responsible for the delivery and performance of assigned Partners, processes and geography.
Manages large, globally and culturally diverse teams to achieve results. Keeps Apria Business Owners and Vendor/Partner teams informed, ensures the needs of the teams are met, ensures team member input is heard and incorporated and empowers and inspires the team members.
Manages and sets policy with internal Vendor/Partner support team, responsible for interaction of Partner initiatives/requirements with Business Process Owners and Apria support organizations including, but not limited to, Enterprise Services Operations, Training and Support, QA, WFM, Finance, Procurement, Project Management, Reporting and IT to assure partner organizations are supported appropriately to ensure success.
Responsible for the implementation, accuracy and delivery of Apria forecasting and the receipt and timeliness of the invoicing process execution with Vendor/Partners
Responsible for the Partner’s development of process improvement requirements, and the management of the communication of those initiatives within Apria and will act as process champion of initiatives. As necessary, engage with the Partners on formal improvement plans based on the parameters set forth within the contracts.
Manages alignment of Vendors/Partners with internal Apria Organizations, ensuring support is delivered for operational issues with Apria’s IT Department, Help Desk, Customer Care Centers and Branch Operations and builds strong relationships with these internal teams.
Supports the team of Enterprise Services Process Business Owners and Manages Partner Operations Managers in focus and initiatives toward standardized, quality & high performance and championing those best practices back internal Apria operations.
Owns engagement with Apria Business Process Owners to ensures all parties are working with the proper levels within Vendor/Partners Organizations and receiving outstanding support to meet and exceed their Operational Requirements.
Creates and implements Partner management policies in support of and aligned to Apria’s goals.
Owner of the development and analysis of existing and new Vendor/Partner initiatives, evaluating cost effectiveness, performance expectations and return on investment in the movement of processes from Apria to Vendor/Partners,
Operational Lead in the development of MSA, SOW, and Service Level Requirements for vendor/partner contractual agreements.
Responsible in ensures Vendor/Partners are compliant with contract, company and regulatory requirements. This includes managing the Vendor/Partner contract onsite audits.
Performs other duties as required.

 

Supervisory Responsibilities

This position manages all direct reports of the department and is responsible for the performance management, hiring, and discipline of direct reports within the department.
Provides direction and guidance in work assignments.
Provides timely coaching and feedback to staff.
Ensures work assignments are completed accurately, efficiently and timely.

 

Education And/or Experience

Minimum Required Qualifications

Education or experience equivalent to a 4-year college degree is required.
At least 10 years of related experience inRevenue Cycle Management, billing/collections/customer service is required, with at least 4 years in business process outsourcing management is required.
Minimum 4 years’ experience managing Multi-Partner/Vendor Operations

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

This is a stationary position that requires frequent sitting or standing, repetitive wrist motions, grasping, speaking, listening, close vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus. It also may require occasional lifting, carrying, walking, climbing, kneeling, bending/stooping, twisting, pulling/pushing, walking, bending, stooping, and reaching above the shoulder. This position also may require the occasional lifting of equipment up to 50 lbs.
