CONTEXT
We are looking for an Intern Data Scientist that will support Richemont Customer Service team in getting new insights on customer service and after sales service.
She/he will help to leverage data value by providing new view on root/cause analysis and process efficiency.
She/he will work on developing best practices on data analytics in the team and will support projects requiring complex data analysis.
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
Design data modeling on customer satisfaction and process efficiency:
Create predictive models and algorithms
Determine main trend factors
Work on flow identification and efficiency patterns
Help to determine external factor impacts
Support data analytics best practices:
Reinforce team knowledge on data analytics best practices
Work on data quality models
Develop data visualization expertise
Work on data structure and projects:
Identify data structure opportunities to improve analysis efficiency
Leverage integration points between systems / work on multi-system analysis
Support projects requiring complex analysis
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCESS WITH US?
Master in statistics or mathematics with strong IT background / Engineering school focused on statistics and data modeling
No Minimum experience required
Programming, modeling, big data/multivariate analysis ; Google Cloud Platform knowledge is a plus
Problem solving, team spirit, reliable, results-oriented, autonomous, at ease to explain models to non-specialist
Fluent in English and French
