Job Purpose

The purpose of this position is to lead a team which ensures the smooth operation of the corporate services in a coordinated manner, while supporting the national society development agenda. The Head of Corporate Services is responsible for overseeing the planning, management and monitoring of available resources to deliver on agreed activities for Finance, Administration, Human Resources, Legal, Information Technology and Digital Transformation, Logistics and Procurement, Business Continuity and Security for the region.

Position Requirements

Education

• Master´s degree in management, public administration, business administration, international relations, law, finance, HR, logistics or other relevant field of study; or a first-level university degree combined with extensive relevant experience. (Required)
• Qualification or certification in project management (Preferred)

Experience

• At least ten years of professional experience in one or more of the following areas: finance, administration, human resources management, Legal, IT, digital transformation, supply chain, business continuity and security etc. (Required)
• At least 7 years of experience managing staff. (Required)
• At least 7 years of experience managing multi-disciplined and complex teams. (Required)
• Strong experience working in an international, multicultural, and pluri-disciplinary environment. (Required)
