The Change Management Specialist will play a key role in assisting BioScript’s Acceleration Team to successfully deliver our multi-year acceleration program and achieve our strategic direction.
This is a highly impactful opportunity for a Change Management Specialist to lead and develop change management strategies and activities to support organizational transformation. The successful candidate will be hands-on and responsible for creating the appropriate change management tools, processes and methodologies and leading the implementation of them on key strategic projects. You will work closely with Team Members across the organization to ensure the successful delivery our projects and will report to the Manager, Project Management Office.
How you will make an impact
Lead the development of organizational change strategies and plans to support a portfolio of business transformation projects;
Conduct impact analyses, training needs assessments, change readiness assessments and stakeholder identification;
Develop and implement engagement and implementation plans resulting from assessment;
Be an active and visible coach for leaders at all levels and those participating in the change;
Contribute to the design, development, delivery and management of key communications;
Evaluate the organizational and human risks associated with the deployment of complex solutions and develop mitigation plans with business owners;
Manage the overall change management program and provide regular progress updates;
Contribute to the evolution of change and the transformation methods by integrating industry best practices and lessons learned;
Develop a variety of analyses focused on stakeholders, behaviours, resistance, and other barriers .
What you’ll bring to our team
5+ years experience managing change in support of complex business transformation projects;
Demonstrable experience in using change management methodologies to improve transformation project outcomes particularly in a distributed work environment;
Post-secondary degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering or Healthcare Management, or other related discipline, preferably with a strong technology/solution background;
Certification as a change management professional would be a strong asset;
Training and/or certification in project management would be an asset;
Previous experience in HealthCare or pharmaceutical industry considered an asset;
Bilingual (French and English) would be a strong asset.
