Morgan McKinley is urgently looking for a Customer Service Administrator for a FULLY REMOTE temporary assignment to start ASAP. The main focus of the role will be to take inbound calls, booking appointments, and completing the administration associated with this.
Hourly pay rate: £10.25 per hour plus Holiday pay
Location: Fully Remote
Working within a busy (remote) team the role will primarily focus on ensuring the companies clients receive a fast and effective booking experience.
General Duties Will Include
Taking inbound customer calls regarding appointments
Loading new appointments onto the internal system accurately and efficiently
Requesting any additional information required from external parties
Liaising with patients clients via telephone email and letter
Escalating issues where applicable
You Will Have
We are looking for people who are immediately available, or available at short notice, with the availability to commit to 3 months on a temporary basis with possible extension.
Good verbal communication skills
Customer service and admin skills
Good IT skills including Microsoft applications
Excellent attention to detail
