Overview
At C&N, we have a mission to take care of our customers to be the only bank they need. The qualified Programmer Analyst will configure, optimize, and support vendor supplied software products. They will analyze end user software needs and recommend solutions that meet the business need and operational requirements of the Bank. The Programmer Analyst will maintain daily batch processing software and processes.
Responsibilities
1. Supports commercial bank, vendor supplied software products and services, and related processes.

2. Creates, designs and develops solutions compliant with vendor specifications and within the framework of the
Citizens & Northern Corporation Programming Standards Manual.

3. Team member of the IT Department and C&N Bank.

4. Training and Education.

5. Customer Service – exemplifies C&N’s Customer Service Standards.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university or equivalent in a related field.
Opcon automation software competency within first 60 days of employment.

Experience: 4-6 years of previous related experience and/or training in a related field.

Skills: Languages: .NET C# and VB, Python, JavaScript; Database: Oracle, MS SQL Server,
Snowflake; Web: REST, SOAP, HTML, CSS; Other: PowerShell, batch
processing, project management.
