As a part of the great passenger services operations team with over 80 international colleagues, you ensure personal travel advice for our premium passengers. In day-to-day customer contact you actively contribute in offering our passengers a unique travel experience.
Because going the extra mile happens on every single step of our customer’s journey.
Assist and service customers in all areas of flight reservations by phone, as well as sale and booking of flight tickets and ancillaries
Assist and provide information about SWISS products and our Loyalty program Miles and More
Handle written inquiries via email and social media
Administrative back office work such as ticketing and voucher issuance

In this role we are seeking for colleagues with a high degree of customer and service orientation as well as excellent communication skills.
Very good oral expression in German and English
Customer orientation, service awareness and sales flair
Travel experience
Team spirit and initiative
Reliability, operational flexibility and friendliness
Training in the travel industry or in telephone sales an advantage
Good oral skills in French or Italian is an advantage
Willingness to work shift, Sundays and bank holidays
