Our expectations
As a service and support department to our suppliers and various departments in the company, the
employee must be able to communicate and analyze the different requests/situations to respond
adequately to them.
Your role
The accounts payable technician must learn and understand our invoice matching systems and our various processes to be able to make certain transactions or corrections and specially to provide support. This person must be able to analyze the various requests received and respond to them. This person must be resourceful to take charge of certain “addoc” type tasks that could be assigned to him/her.
The Qualifications We Are Looking For
Two (2) years of experience in the accounts payable sector
Experience in invoice matching (3 way match) an asset
Have a D.E.P. or D.E.C. or relevant training
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft software, especially Excel
Thoroughness, team spirit, organizational skills and autonomy
Ability to work under pressure and with tight deadlines
