School Immunization Contact Representative

Job Summary: The School Health Representative I (CSR I) will review Student/Staff Immunization records and COVID19 Vaccination for accuracy and may be required to make edits/corrections to ensure compliance. The School Health Representative I (CSR I) will be required to take Inbound calls and make Outbound calls as required. The person in this role will be required to stay abreast of the information required to do the job, multitask, work in several systems, adhere to the processes and procedures of the project.

Position Title : CSR1 Call Center

Start Date : 09/12/22

Pay Rate – $18.50/hr. Must SpeakFluent Cantonese

Hours of Operation: Monday Friday 10:00 AM- 9:00 PM (CST)

Candidate must be flexible and able to work any 8 hr. shift within the hours of operations.

Location : Remote / Work from home

Equipment: Bring Your Own Device (BYOD)- Must have your own Laptop or Desktop.

Essential Job Duties
Review student immunization and COVID-19 vaccination records for completeness using systems provided by the District and may be required to make changes/edits.
Review staff COVID-19 vaccination records for completeness using systems provided by the District and may be required to make changes/edits
Review new and existing student medical exemption requests for compliance using systems provided by the District and may be required to make changes/edits
Adhere to HIPAA rules applying to the security of Personally Identifiable Information (PII) and Protected Health Information (PHI). Will be required to adhere to FERPA guidelines.
Ensure s tudents, parents, and staff get assistance and information by being knowledgeable and providing complete and accurate information.
Take Inbound Calls from School Staff, and Parents and make Outbound calls as needed or directed by Leadership.
Update Tracker daily to reflect completed work items.
Adhere to Project specific escalation procedures.
Flexibility required. CSR is able to adjusts to changes in work schedules and adheres to shift requirements.
Provides responses to questions and refers callers to alternate sources when appropriate.
Maintains knowledge of systems necessary to perform job duties.
Reports any issues, concerns, and problems to the Call Center Supervisor.

Education And Experience Requirements
High school diploma or GED required
6 months Customer service experience preferred
Bring Your Own Equipment (BYOD) IT Requirements:
The Remote Worker will conduct daily activities and Leadership communications as if the employee were in an office location
Ability to use and maintain reliable internet service. Broadband/Cable internet is recommended with a _20_ megabits download capability.
Must connect an Ethernet cable directly to the router (cannot connect via Wi-Fi)
The Remote Worker must be accessible by phone, e-mail, MS TEAMS, or voice mail within a reasonable time period during the agreed-upon work schedule
An established and demonstrated safe and quiet work from home environment (as defined by the Remote Worker PI Policy and the Remote Worker Privacy and Security Checklist
The Remote Worker must check e-mail, voice mail, and IM for updates through-out the agreed-upon work schedule timeframe; these should not be accessed during non-work schedule hours.
The Remote Worker must have a Smartphone with ability to access security applications.
The Remote Worker must have a USB capable headset
