Job Mission
Being fully accountable to the complete recruitment cycle, guarantees successful and timely delivery of all the client business recruitment mandates. The Consultant is adaptable and can work flexibly with little to no supervision, engaging and network with prospective candidates and ensuring a quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Role & Responsibilities
The Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for posting jobs ads, doing initial screenings and scheduling interviews. You’ll assist other recruiters, hiring teams and candidates so the hiring process can run smoothly. Ultimately, you’ll help our company find and hire the most qualified people for our open roles.
Must have complete ownership of the candidate cycle, from registration of candidates to final placement:
Interviews and registers candidates
Attracts new candidates via
Networks
Job boards
Recommendation rewards
Headhunts where appropriate
Maintains call cycles for a selected specialist pool of candidates
Maintains relationships with both registered and placed candidates includes placement administration and aftercare
Monitors online portals and incomes emails for new vacancy notifications and updates on candidate applications
Searches internal database and online sites for suitable candidates to submit for vacancies
Arranges interviews, prepares candidates for interview, takes client and candidate feedback
Manages client offers to candidates

University Degree in Business/ HR / Other
Certificate or Diploma in Recruitment Practice
Type of work experience
Must have at least 4+ years of experience in a recruitment position.
At least 1-2 years of experience in staffing or agency
Middle East (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar etc.) recruitment experience is essential
