A vacancy has arisen in a Wirral school to appoint a temporary Data Entry Administrator until November 2022.

The school is an 11-16 Resource for young people who are unable to access mainstream education due to health issues. The school is an Ofsted Outstanding school, and you will be joining a vibrant, enthusiastic and happy staff team. You must be passionate, have a desire to learn and have a strong team ethic.

Duties of the Data Entry Administrator will be as follows:
To be responsible for the SIMS.NET system and other site-specific systems, to establish, maintain and supervise pupil registration and record systems across all sites – including admissions, discharges, pupil-related reports and internal classes/form groups.
To assist with the analysis and evaluation of the data and the production of detailed reports and information to the LA, Senior Leadership Team, Governors and outside agencies.

The successful Data Entry Administrator will be an independent worker with a proven track record of adaptability, quick learning and scrupulous attention to detail. Some experience of SIMS is essential, but training will be given to the successful candidate.
