Protocol Education are seeking to appoint a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to provide tailored support to the students.

This school is located in Leytonstone and will start in the New Academic Year.

As an Learning Support Assistant, you will support the learning and raise the attainment of students at KS3 and KS4.

You will be mentoring students to raise their aspirations and achievement whilst supporting their well-being.

Previous experience of working in an educational setting would be beneficial, however training will be provided to those who are less experienced.

The school is highly successful and oversubscribed effectively displaying innovative and proactive approach to school improvement, resulting in high levels of performance.

Requirements
Maths and English GCSE
Knowledge of the National Curriculum
Ability to work 1-1 and in small groups
Ability to work with KS4-KS4
