The Innovation & products projects Managerwill be in charge of supporting the growth of the brand by driving the portfolio of projects related to Piaget innovation roadmap and some new watch development projects.

You will make an impact by:

Operationally managing/reporting the Innovation portfolio and projects on budget, cost, quality, schedule, deliverables and load/capacity adequacy, from idea to Go-to-market
Participating in the maison’s innovation strategy: roadmap evolution planning, steering and reporting of the portfolio up to top management
Managing cross-functional teams: ensure close collaboration with all project stakeholders (upstream and downstream)
Managing/reporting new watch development projects following our development methodology
Proactively proposing innovation ideas or research topics entering the portfolio and the company’s strategic axes
Acting as a point of contact between the group and the Maison for innovation

The exceptional skills we are looking for:

You hold a Bachelor or Master (Business/Engineering or equivalent)
You possess 8-10 years’ experience in project management and/or team management
You have excellent organization and project management skills (ability to work simultaneously on multiple projects and different types of stakeholders)
You have good knowledge of the jewelry and/or watchmaking industry
You have a strong knowledge/interest in technical innovations and are ultra-curious about new trends
You have an excellent command of French, you speak professional English
You have a strong business and result orientation as well as leadership skills (people and projects) and ability to listen and understand needs.
