Staff Nurse 3- Dubai Hospital

• Writes patient nursing care plans.
• Implements plans through tasks such as preparing patients for operations, wound treatment and monitoring vital signs.
• Sets up of infusions and blood transfusions.
• Acts as patient advocate by making ethical decisions related to consent and confidentiality.
• Communicates with and relieves the anxiety of patients and their relatives.
• Responds appropriately to emergencies.
• Identifies the activities of daily living, appropriately plans, implements, and evaluates physical and psychological care.
• Reports incident and complaints to Senior Nursing Personnel on duty.
• Assesses, plans, implements and evaluates midwifery care that is evidence based, incorporates every woman’s unique needs, expectations, lifestyle and cultural background.
• Ensures that care within the facility is performed in accordance with established corporate and hospital policies and procedures and international standards.
• Ensures clinical resources and continuity of care during her hours of duties.
• Undertakes additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• BSC/ or equivalent in nursing or Midwifery
• Eligible for DHA Licensing
