The Role
Will provide administrative & some accounting support to the Centre.
Liaises with parents as necessary and assists with all administration pertaining to admissions, payment of fees, the waiting list, visas and labor cards, the Centre budget, etc. as required by the Centre Manager, in addition to the day–to–day administrative requirements of the Centre.
Maintain and update the status of accounts receivables and payables.
Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment including; three way match for all receipt of goods & invoice approval.
Monthly payroll
Vat reconciliation and filing
Requirements
Respond to internal and external supplier inquiries.
Audit all petty cash reimbursement request from internal & external projects based on the petty cash fund company policy and procedures.
Be aware of accountant software ( Zohoo, ERP -Tally )
Monthly closing
Prepare payment for petty cash reimbursement claims on a monthly basis.
Strong written and oral English communication skills
