Product Manager

The role

Jungle is recruiting for talented individual who understands the vision and goals of business to make sure that our marketplace is in alignment and supporting that vision and goal.
Lead the product lifecycle from discovery, research, design, development, quality assurance, launch, and iteration
Develop and lead our product vision, strategy, roadmap and execution framework
Develop new and innovative engagement paths for customers of the platform
Identify web3 market trends and collaborate with Research & Product teams to make sure that the product roadmap aligns with developer and user needs
Prioritise product backlog and manage sprint planning sessions
Conduct actionable user research across all phases of the product development cycle and ensure that all solutions (design, development, etc.) benefit from these insights
Discover, prioritize, and write requirements for new product features
Continuously improve our product strategy, positioning, and offerings
Define and own growth KPIs
Understand levers for KPIs, create plans, and own meeting KPIs
Collaborate with the Data Science team to make real-time KPIs accessible for both Business and R&D teams.
Advocate for clients and customers, deeply understanding their needs and pains

What you’ll need to be successful
Minimum 5+ years of product manager experience in web3
Minimum of 1 year working on DeFi and Web3 products. Experience in NFTs is a plus
Strong background in UX/UI
Independent worker – someone who can self-manage with the end goal in sight
Communicate effectively between marketing and tech
