The successful applicant will be In-charge of warranty operations for assigned countries.
Role and Responsibilities
Warranty Claims Management
Monitor and manage Warranty Claim holding ratio
Ensure that all warranty claims comply with Samsung Warranty Policy
Maintain warranty provision as defined by HQ on a monthly/ quarterly basis
Monitor and control the use of Special Codes
Make sure bi-monthly closing is done on time, and all ASCs are being informed to initiate an Invoice within a week for both closings.
Make sure the claim amount is paid within 30 days from the Invoice date by SGE.
Update master data whenever a change suggested by HQ/ new agreement has been signed.
Make sure there is no gap between claim amount/ master data and agreement with ASC.
Plan and conduct annual/ routine audits at suspected ASCs to identify gaps between claims and actual operations, document the issues, and make counter plans to improve the situation
Prepare warranty training manual and arrange annual warranty workshop to train all the warranty coordinators of partners for healthy warranty operations.
Maintain Service pack/ special service agreements with customers and provide relevant information pertaining to its utilization on a monthly/ routine basis
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor degree
5+ yrs of experience in Customer Service with a reputed Company
Currently working in GCC/ Existing GCC working experience
