What Will The Role Look Like
As an Office Administrator, you will have the following responsibilities:
Office care: cleaning, maintaining the space and supply; meeting guests; making tea, coffee, launch
Documentation: legal documents, business operations documents, invoices, orders, printing etc.
Research
Assistance to the founders: personal assistance, daily schedule and email management assistance
Office representative: answer inquiries, phone calls and emails
Requirements

Should be focused on the end result and not the process – able to complete things on her own.
Dubai based only, work from office.
