You will be expected to build positive working relationships with rough sleepers as well as demonstrate excellent collaboration with the team. Organisation and a willingness to learn is key.
The purpose of this role is to the support the Street Outreach Service to gather feedback from clients/service users.
This Will Include
- creating feedback questionnaires
- joining street outreach shifts to engage with clients/service users
- attending supported accommodations to link in with clients/service users who have recently used our service
No two days are the same, and you will be expected to demonstrate a flexible and adaptable approach. Full training and induction will be provided upon commencement of the role, and you will have access to regular support and additional training.
