International Client Marketing Data & Knowledge Coordinator – 12 months

We would like to talk to you about the opportunity to join our International Client Marketing Department, based in Geneva, as International Client Marketing Data & Knowledge Coordinator.

This position is embedded in the Client Marketing team which is based on 4 pillars: Client Relation, Client Services, Client Insights and Client Data & Knowledge.

In this role, you will help the Director to manage team & community. You role will be transversal, working very closely with team members of the Client Marketing team but also with team members of other teams such as Digital and technology. You will also take part of client data management projects for the Maison. You will also work on coordination for special events.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

Team coordination
Prepare our monthly calls with the markets: assess needs, retro-planning, consolidate presentations, distributing the Q&A and minutes afterwards
Prepare all team meetings with Management, with Managers, with the all team: agenda, retro-planning, content, minutes
Onboard the team on new tools (Teams, Monday.com, …)

Budget
Act as the point of contact for Client Marketing Data & Knowledge team for the budget
Assist to realize the estimated budget
Ensure the follow-up and enhance the current tool

Coordination for specific events
Support on organization, planning, booking, presentation.

Support the Team on specific projects
Support reporting development
Support data project managers in documentation / set up phase
Collect and consolidate Business requirements from Cartier markets

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
You possess a Master’degree in Business Management, Computer Sciences, Computer Engineering or related fields
You have 1-2 years’ experience in Data Management with international exposure, in Marketing, Client or Communication Analytical, organizational and synthesis skills
You are fluent in English and French
You have strong international project management skills
You possess good communication, collaboration, and organizational and synthesis skills
You have an analytical mindset with problem-solving skills
You are flexible and possess an independent working style
You are client & service oriented
You possess solid power point presentation skills
Expertise in Luxury Retail industry is a plus
Knowledge of “Client” and/or “CRM” strategy and ambition in an international retail environment is a strong asset
