The Canadian Chiropractic Association (CCA) is looking for TWO (2) enthusiastic fourth year chiropractic students from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC) to work part-time at the national office in Toronto!
Duties: Working with the CCA Leadership Team, duties include administrative tasks, project support and working across departments to help achieve strategic priorities. Both positions will be involved with helping us grow the Student Canadian Chiropractic Association (SCCA) and serve as a liaison between the CCA and the SCCA.
1. Membership Experience Intern
Reports to: Director of Member Experience
Are you customer service focused and interested in connecting with our broad national network? Tasks will include social media content creation, project collaboration, attendance and participation at meetings, writing assignments, database and learning management system (LMS) work, and calling/emailing members during renewal.
2. Public Affairs Intern
Reports to: Director of Public Affairs
Are you interested in how healthcare policies are informed, advocacy, and connecting with external stakeholders? Tasks include internet-based research, various writing assignments, project collaboration, attendance at meetings, and other assigned tasks, while providing insight into the functions of a national professional association.
When:
September 2022 to May 2023, 2 days per week.
Remote work is also available 1 day per week.
