Role: IT Lead Business Analyst
Duration: Permanent
Location: South Yorkshire – Hybrid Work Environment
Salary: £58,000 + Car Allowance + 10% Bonus + Benefits

The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Lead BA as it will give you the chance to work on large IT transformation projects. To be successful in this role, you must be a well-rounded BA with some leading experience.
The main tasks of this role include:
Leading and line management of a small team of BA’s
Process modelling
Requirement gathering
Documenting requirements
Stakeholder management
As-Is & To-Be analysis
Agile / Waterfall methodologies etc.
Essential:
Experience leading a team of BA’s
Strong, demonstrable BA experience
Solid knowledge of MS Office Suite including Visio
Ability to work within a fast-paced environment
2-3 Years minimum BA experience
