Our client is a well reputed Asset Manager based in Zurich. We are recruiting a Senior Fund Controller to join their busy finance team.
Tasks:
- Take on financial and administrative responsibility of key client mandates and/or funds.
- Monitor the underlying investment portfolio including fund investments, direct investments, and
- listed stocks.
- Update and review portfolio information in the investment database.
- Maintain the treasury function, review cash balances and initiate bank wires, drawdowns and
- distributions.
- Prepare quarterly and annual reports and financial statements according to IFRS and/or
- Luxembourg GAAP.
- Compile financial data for investor presentations and tailored quarterly reports.
- Coordinate with the investor relations team, the investment team and the legal team on reporting
- and other business matters.
- Collaborate with external administrators, auditors, and consultants (tax, legal, etc.).
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of business processes.
Profile:
- Higher education in Finace, Economics or other related studies.
- Team spirit and like to exchange and enrich yourself with your colleagues.
- You have an eye for detail and are thorough in research and analysis.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- German and English are a must for this role – all applicants without knowledge of German will not be considered.
