What exactly are the tasks waiting for you?

  • You will become the leader of one of the Customer Support team for which you will be fully responsible.
  • You will take care of providing world-class customer support and experience to our users.
  • It is essential for us to “take care of people”, so you will focus on our clients, thanks to whom we exist, and our co-workers, whom we respect and grow with.
  • You will help plan and implement the Customer Support development strategy, thanks to which our clients will feel the full value that Tidio can give them.
  • You will take care of the implementation, quality, and efficiency of processes.
  • You will recruit, onboard, and develop talented employees.
  • You will ensure effective communication within the team and an understanding of the company’s business goals.

You are the perfect fit, if :

  • You have a proven track record in managing effective teams and have worked in the Customer Service/Support area for at least a year.
  • You correctly recognize team needs; you know how to connect business challenges and the needs of the people you manage.
  • You have at least 1 year of experience in project management or leading projects (working with multiple people, teams and departments). Your advantage will be knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies.
  • You have a passion for what you do – that’s why you are highly committed, continually developing in your field, and always looking for innovative paths of action.
  • You’re driven by results and the outcomes of your actions. You can select the indicators that will help you assess if you’re doing a great job.
  • You take ownership of the areas you are responsible for; you are a “mini CEO,” and you know how to inspire others to act.
  • You are an Excel/or Spreadsheets enthusiast while preparing reports.
  • You speak English at a level corresponding to min. C1 (you write and speak English fluently).
