Our client is a worldwide popular car manufacturer and its Customer Service Center is the central point of contact in Europe, caring for the needs of current and prospective customers. Their value prepositions are fascination, perfection, responsibility and quality. For their User-Helpdesk, they are currently seeking to hire a Technical Support Representative with German (m/f/d) in Maastricht.
Tasks
- Resolving incoming support requests, incidents and problems in the required languages
- Resolving issues in the field of car diagnosis hardware, software, flashing and portal support for workshops, car dealers and company internal departments
- Appropriate use of available resources and documenting business-related activities in relevant system (e.g. ticketing system)
- Identifying and escalating complex issues where necessary
- Proactively and continuously monitoring workload to ensure timely investigation and response to support requests
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills (B2B)
- Good knowledge of the English language
- Business fluency in German
- Other languages are a plus
- Experience in customer support/problem-solving business processes
- High affinity with IT
- Preferably affinity with the car trade, technology and/or electronic equipment
- Ability to identify, analyse and resolve problems over the phone with involved partners
- Ability to understand the relationship between internal and external processes and how tools and support systems interact
- Computer literacy (MS Windows Office)
Benefits
Working hours:
- 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (Occasionally also Saturdays); shift can range between 07:00 and midnight.
