Knight Frank is looking to recruit a Senior Operations Coordinator specialising in Marketing to cover the South East offices at Knight Frank, on a 1 year FTC Maternity Cover.

Assisting the Marketing Manager and Executive (based in Head Office) with delivery of the current regional marketing strategy. You will be required to lead, communicate and execute central activity from Head Offices in the regional offices.

With this specialism you will provide a senior level of support to a region. You will report into the Operations Manager for the region and head of the Country Department, with day-to-day input from the Marketing team.

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate must be an organized multitasker able to handle many diverse projects at once and meet tight deadlines.

  • Support the development and execution of marketing initiatives at a local office level
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders on each office marketing plan to make sure that every project gets the resource and attention it requires
  • Build close and effective working relationships with the marketing team and the local offices
  • Maintain Knight Frank’s brand position within the regional marketing areas and ensure best in class marketing in our local offices
  • Work closely with the wider marketing team to deliver monthly direct mail and email campaigns
  • Provide social media support, ensuring all accounts are actively posting
  • Deliver relevant marketing training to all current team members and new starters
  • Monitor and report on all property portals to ensure the maximum reach is being achieved
  • Assist the local office with sponsorship events to encourage maximum delivery and ensure the value between sponsorship and Knight Frank is achieved– working with Marketing Manager and Executive
  • Manage Trustpilot and Google review responses for your region
  • Work with marketing team to ensure the local offices are identifying and reaching the right target audiences through all channels – Instagram, LinkedIn, Dot Digital and Direct Mail
  • Produce market insight reports
  • Manage and execute office advertising schedules for property and brand adverts
  • Confident at organisation, working independently and adhering to deadlines.
  • Local property marketing- quality control on portals (best property photos are selected)
  • Website listings – Quality control (copy, imagery)

Professional Experience And Personal Skills Profile

  • This role would suit a strong communicator capable of working successfully as a team player, with a professional, helpful and intuitive manner and a genuine interest in property and marketing
  • You will have a strong desire to immerse yourself in the team and be collaborative, particularly the local offices and marketing team
  • The successful applicant will possess the necessary skills and experience to provide and manage an effective support service to the local offices
  • You would need to have strong stakeholder management skills
  • 2+ years in a marketing or administrative role
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency in full Microsoft office and data systems
  • Willing to travel to your regional offices
  • Exceptional grasp of grammar
