To enable Ferring to keep up with new demands, changes and business needs, we are now recruiting a professional team that will implement the new ERP in countries throughout the world as well as its central and support functions. The ERP program is expected to run for at least four years and the scope of the new team’s work will include global implementation, as well as on-going operation and maintenance. In addition, the IT CoE in Lisbon will be an integral part of Ferring’s Global IT Function.
Your new role
Your main responsibility as an SAP S/4HANA S&A Analyst is to support the SAP security and authorization environment, which includes support for all security roles, profiles and detailed knowledge of Profile Generator and within the SAP systems. This includes the overall design and approach to SAP security across Ferring’s SAP system (development, BAU, handover and support).

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the design and implementation of authorizations concepts and procedures for SAP user administration and role maintenance, for the entire SAP landscape;
  
• Provide support for the associated SAP environments for interfaces, workflow and other core SAP components;
  
• Assist the SAP functional and technical teams to address security, audit and compliance requirements;
  
• Operation Tasks: ​
  

– process daily security requests;
– review SAP security reports for critical authorizations periodically;   – help to ensure proper user administration and authorization maintenance in the lower environments (sandbox, development, quality and training);
– assist with audit checks for segregation of duties conflicts and periodic user access reviews.

Required skills and experience:

• Between 2 and 3 years’ experience in SAP security and authorizations (ECC and S/4HANA – Fiori)
  
• Knowledge of multiple platforms like S/4HANA, Solution Manager, GTS, ATTP
  
• Knowledge of SAP audit controls/checks for segregation of duties and critical authorizations
  
• Experience in SAP GRC is a plus
  
• Good communication skills
