HR Data Analyst

Here at Serco we’re looking for a HR Data Analyst to support the business with reviewing and processing complex data changes as part of account management interactions with assigned business units. You will work closely with our varied customer base providing guidance related to HR data and systems.
As HR Data Analyst you will monitor data integrity to ensure the data is compliant and meets system requirements by carrying out regular checks.
You will also support BAU projects, such as organisational re-structures, annual pay review, mass terms and conditions changes; and raise any technical issues that may occur.
As Part Of This You Will
- Manage mass uploads and extracting of data
- Support transitions projects In and Out data activities
- Expand and maintain data integrity to all downstream systems
- Support service projects impacting data
- Work closely with other service teams to provide end to end support to customers
What You’ll Need To Do The Role
- Experience using various systems including SAP HCM, Ad Hoc Query, Spinifex and MS Packages mainly excel
- Experience analysing large and complex data sets, and people data including HR & Payroll
- Good understanding of common HR processes with a track record and sound knowledge of HRIS solutions and utilisation of same in a complex multi-site
multi-national matrix type business environment
