Reports to: Chief Financial Officer

Location: Nottingham / Leicester

Paul Mitchell Associates have an exciting opportunity for a Qualified Lawyer to join a high-growth organisation in Nottingham as Head of Legal.

As an experienced corporate lawyer, you will Report to the CFO and will lead on various legal matters in the business, from M&A support through to contract negotiation.

The Right Person

• Suitable for a qualified lawyer with at least 4 years PQE
• Knowledge of corporate law
• Able to learn and develop with the business, in a fast-paced environment
• Pragmatic and focussed on ensuring appropriate business outcomes are achieved

Package

• Appointment Type: Permanent
• Salary: £60,000 per annum
• Hours: Full Time 37.5 Monday – Friday
• WFH: 2 days Office / 3 days Home
