Your Purpose
As an influential Field Sales person you’ll drive distribution on some of our most iconic brands listed above.
You’ll work within Suffolk/North Essex increasing our exposure through consumer and retail activity, merchandising the retail outlet. You’ll need to build relationships with key customers to build brand awareness, win new distribution and drive rate of sale.
Taking ownership is key as you’ll be driving all indirect routes to market for our brands within your territory and build first class relationships. Team work is huge too as you’ll support your team to execute business plans for existing and prospect customers.
A big part of your role will be getting to know your customers and going out of your way to meet their requirements – it means you’ll need to understand our brands inside out (and a beer allowance is a perk of the job too!).
About You
- Hold a UK Driving License
- Persuasive with strong influencing skills
- Collaborative and action orientated
- Excellent time management skills
- Advanced IT skills
