Responsibilities
1. Responsible for user growth of TikTok live, improve user retention, consumption rate and ARPU value through management of user’s life cycle;
2. Explore the characteristic and behavioral features of different users, discover needs of users, form a systematic and productive mechanism, and monitor business data, to promote activities and campaigns on the user side;
3. Establish tools and strategies for user operation, improve the operating efficiency and accuracy;
4. Analyze and monitor trends and data in live streaming industry.

Qualifications
1. Fluent in English, experience in user operation or live streaming industry is preferred;
2. Patient, good communication skills and able to communicate with anchors on daily basis;
3. Have a strong data analysis ability, logical and self-driven;
4. Strong sense of responsibility, coordination and learning abilities.
