Management of Facilities Budget for CUK and CEL.

• Responsible for overseeing the budget and actuals for all properties for CEL/CUK via the property tracker and SGA reports.
• Work with the Finance team to ensure the efficient payment of property related invoices, including error checking and management of supplier accounts.
• Review SGA Reports on a monthly basis with stake holders to identify any discrepancies. Once identified ensure there is quick resolution.
• Ensure accurate management of all standing orders and DDs and follow up of outstanding invoices from suppliers.
• Prepare forecasts on a regular basis and take part in the budget process.
• Assist the Facilities team with the monitoring and reporting of costs and spend across service providers.
• Raising of Periodic Purchase orders for all property matters, support services and utility’s.
• Ensure that all expenditures are covered in advance with purchase orders through Oracle and correct receipting takes place.
• Complete month end transactions including accruals and recharging with the support of finance colleagues.

• Intermediate knowledge and application of office applications such as MS Excel, Word, SharePoint, etc.
• Ability to produce reports and analyse data.
• Experience of working with a finance team is desirable.
