About You

Objectives of the role Required Provide administrative support to the supply chain functions and general administration duties.

 Create orders to our third-party warehouse to ensure stock is transferred to the correct locations in time for productions

 Accountable for the transfer of stock from our third-party warehouse(s)

 Raising & GR’ing of PO’s for goods and services (G&S PO’s)

 Filing & logging of documentation relating to inbound deliveries

 Occasional holiday cover may be required for the Inbound Logistics Coordinator

 Direct stakeholders

• SC Planning team to ensure plan stability
• SC Materials team – this is the team the roll will work with
• Third party warehouse(s) – direct interaction for order planning
• Finance – for raising & receipting of G&S PO’s

 Indirect stakeholders

• LVP Operations – ensuring stock available in the correct location when needed
• LVP Quality – ensuring the correct stocks are delivered on time for quality release
