Description

Position Overview:

Quantic is currently recruiting for a Manager, FP&A to join our team. This position is responsible

for supporting and being the trusted Finance partner to the Quantic team; plus, a change agent to

drive strategic Finance initiatives to help support the company’s growth and profitability

objectives. The role encompasses a wide range of finance skill with primary requirements focused

on Business Partnering, new deal evaluation, analyzing and interpreting financial results, setting

goals, FP&A, Business Analytics, and Governance. Cross-functional collaboration is required.

Key Responsibilities
Post audit investigation of financials; research related to the effects of M&A activities and

other growth and investment strategies.
Yearly Financial Planning and goal setting in conjunction with the CFO.
Quarterly/Monthly cadence of rolling up forecast and actuals for the business.
Managing the reforecasting process; detailed analysis of variations in fiscal results and

planning
Partnering with key stakeholders and engage on various business issues such as sales

forecast, deal structure & profitability
Drive business analytics and present findings/perspectives to the primary stakeholders and

executive team
Establishment of reporting and trend analysis for key segments of the business.
Support of the budget and planning process
Ensure the organization follows company policies and procedures

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting
5 years’ experience in Finance and/or Accounting
3 years’ experience with Advanced Excel
