JOB PURPOSE
The purpose of this job is to effectively communicate between clients and subordinates, supervising the work of Accountants, coordinate with clients, report to Partner and in certain cases, act as an accountant for the client wherever situation demands.
Job Duties And Responsibilities
Effective communication within and with other Departments of the Company (Assignment basis / potential clients).
Review / revamp MIS reports to meet updated client requirements, suggest cost reduction strategies, deploy analytical procedures etc.
Create content for marketing of various services through Blogs, Articles and legal updates. Measuring KPI of such updates per month (Minimum one per month).
Train / mentor staff and develop their technical and communication skills.
Maintain relation and assist clients as per their requirements from time to time.
