You have an eye for the big picture. You are open and communicative, you speak Turkish and English fluently, and you are familiar with Turkish labor law. Furthermore, you are also used to working independently and on your own responsibility. You are looking for an exciting challenge in an appreciative environment, in which you can develop yourself further and your talents are promoted in a purposeful and individual way.

Tasks

  • Supervising of the German-speaking Work at Home employees – from contract creation to employment terminations
  • Providing advice and support employees and departments in human resources and labor law matters
  • Handling of individual and collective legal issues
  • Ensuring compliance with central guidelines and directives for the HR department
  • Analyzing and reporting of various HR key indicators

Requirements

  • Business education with a focus on human resources or comparable degree
  • Experience in developing and implementing new recruiting strategies and identifying market trends
  • Knowledge in the implementation of recruiting processes – from advertisement to final staffing
  • Very good Turkish, English and German language skills, Dutch is a Nice to have
  • Residence in Turkey / willingness to relocate, as well as the ability to work in a home office environment
  • Structured work approach paired with creativity
  • Good communication skills at all organizational levels
  • Reliability, flexibility and a high level of social competence
  • Assertiveness and integrity
  • Intensive hands-on mentality
