Our client is a leading European Wholesaler in the mobile phone accessories industry seeking to hire a talented Junior Sales Manager to expand their team.
Integrated into the Sales Division, the ideal candidate will bring a real plus to the team on a daily basis by ensuring the highest possible grade of the company’s customer satisfaction.
The role will require a highly dynamic and motivated candidate who is experienced in supporting an international trading organization and willing to go the extra mile on a daily basis.
Tasks
- Adhere to company guidelines, principles and procedures;
- Maintaining and updating sales and customer records, gaining a clear understanding of customers’ businesses and requirements;
- Keep up customers satisfaction through superior service, and develop relationships with existing customers via telephone calls and emails by proposing solutions that meet their objectives;
- Making accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations;
- Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner;
- Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust with coordination of the other departments if needed;
- Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships;
- Understand the Sales Team figures and goals, and proactively assist them to meet or exceed these goals;
- Attending daily, and weekly meetings with the sales team;
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of working Experience in the Sales Department;
- English C1 Level or equivalent;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building relationships with partners;
- Comfortable in a growth target-driven environment;

- Advance computer skills including spreadsheets, ERP;
- Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions accurately and execute them as agreed;
- Reliable, trustworthy and strong work ethic;
- Proactive, dynamic, creative with a high degree of self-motivation and ambition and hardworking;
- Able to provide comprehensive sales and performance reports to managers;
- Trustworthy and discreet when dealing with confidential information;
- Extremely organized and able to prioritize and meet deadlines;
- Ability to remain calm and professional with difficult customers;
