As an Automation Engineer, you will ensure the proper operation of automation equipment in process lines and utility equipment within an R&D environment, and you will be involved in multiple innovative automation projects working with new technologies.

A Day in the Life of an Automation Engineer
Support and trouble shooting in automation for trials and commercial production
Implementation of improvements in process automation on lines for trials and production
Project management in investment projects related to automation equipment
Implementation of change requests in cooperation with the production team

What Will Make You Successful
Bachelor or Master in automation engineering (HF or FH) or equivalent education
Experience in process automation (preferably in food industry)
Very good knowledge in PLC programming (Rockwell preferred)
Good knowledge in visualization (ideally AVEVA System Platform)
High analytical skills for problem solving
Team player with good communication skills
Fluent German and English speaking
